Introduce yourself to your fellow coaches, complete an internal onboarding form, and get familiar with the Community spaces and guidelines that make this a place worth showing up to.

Your First Step as a
BOS-UP Coach

This course is the very first stop after signing your Letter of Agreement. It gets your Academy and Community accounts fully set up, gets you introduced to your fellow coaches, hands you your first real resources, and puts your 90-day accountability kickoff on the calendar. Nothing here teaches coaching methodology yet; that starts in Programs Overview and the Builder Program. This course exists so the technical and human setup is done and out of the way first.

The Goal

Leave this course with your accounts live, your first Community introduction posted, and your kickoff meeting with Ethan scheduled. From here, you'll move on to Ninety Onboarding, then Programs Overview, then The BOS-UP Client Journey, the rest of the Onboarding path before certification begins.
